These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Ruly: Tilt (the “App”), published by Alper Halıcı (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Ruly: Tilt is a free-to-play endless arcade game controlled primarily by device tilt. Features may include modifiers, cosmetic skins unlocked through play, optional Game Center leaderboards, and advertisements.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by Apple’s App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, reverse engineer (except where mandatory law allows), or misuse the App.
The App is ad-supported. Watching a rewarded ad may let you continue a run. An interstitial ad may appear when you restart. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. We do not guarantee an ad will always be available. If an ad fails or you dismiss a rewarded ad before earning the reward, the related benefit may not be granted.
Leaderboards are provided by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms. Scores may be submitted when you are signed in to Game Center.
Scores, unlocks, and skins are for entertainment only, have no real-world cash value, and may be lost if you delete the App or if the App is updated. There are currently no in-app purchases.
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate leaderboards, interfere with ads or Game Center, or use the App unlawfully.
Take breaks from tilting/playing. Do not play while walking, driving, or in unsafe situations. Play at your own risk.
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of data/scores. Because the App is free, our total liability is limited to the minimum required by mandatory law (if any).
Google AdMob and Apple Game Center are third-party services outside our sole control.

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance. These Terms are between you and Alper Halıcı, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of sections that protect Apple’s rights where applicable.
