This Privacy Policy describes how Ruly: Tilt (“the App”), published by Alper Halıcı (“we”, “us”), handles information when you use the App on Apple platforms.
We designed the App to keep gameplay data on your device whenever possible. We do not operate our own game server, user account system, or first-party analytics SDK.
The App stores the following locally on your device (via Apple’s UserDefaults), and does not upload it to a server we control:
You can remove this data by deleting the App.
The App uses device motion sensors (Core Motion) so you can tilt your iPhone or iPad to control the ball.
If you sign in to Apple Game Center, the App may authenticate you through Apple, submit your run score (integer) to the leaderboard ruly_tilt_best_score, and show Global / Friends leaderboards via Apple’s UI. Game Center profile data is controlled by Apple. We do not store your Game Center name in our own database.
The App shows ads through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): rewarded video ads when you choose Continue after a run ends, and interstitial ads when you choose Restart. Google and its partners may collect or process device and advertising-related information to show and measure ads, fight fraud, and improve ad services.
This App does not currently present Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. Ad personalization follows Apple’s and Google’s default rules for apps without tracking permission.
See Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses data from AdMob apps.
Through our own code or servers we do not: create accounts; ask for name/email/phone/address; use first-party analytics or crash SDKs; offer in-app purchases; access camera, microphone, photos, contacts, or precise GPS; or sell personal information.
The App is a general-audience arcade game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our own systems. Ad networks may apply their own policies under applicable law.
Local data remains until you delete the App. Game Center and ad data are retained by Apple / Google under their policies.
We may update this policy when features or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
